Our Story
In the fall of 2021, Kaylee and Trent first crossed paths in a computer science course at UTSA.
Midway through the semester, a lighthearted conversation about class projects revealed that Trent had no idea they even existed—sparking laughter and the beginning of something special. They soon began working together, and what started as casual study sessions quickly blossomed into study dates, then into something undeniably more. Late-night conversations, shared laughter, and spontaneous Whataburger runs revealed a connection that felt effortless and genuine.
On December 19th, 2021, they officially became a couple—marking the beginning of a love story filled with warmth, joy, and a bond that continues to grow stronger every day.
After having experienced the three best years of my life, I realized there was really only one thing left to do, propose.
Now proposing to a one-of-a-kind girl requires a one-of-a-kind engagement so, for our three year anniversary I surprised Kaylee by taking her to the U.S Virgin Islands of St. Thomas and St. John.
After informing my parents of my plans to propose they didn't ask any 'are you sure' questions (of course), but they did ask: 'If you're taking her to the Caribbean to get engaged, where the heck would you go for the honeymoon?'
